Our Commitment
Lex Brown The Label is defined by its sustainable philosophy. We have a strong commitment to designing sustainably with an ethical point by using sustainably made fabrics, up-cycled materials, and deadstock textiles. All of our pieces are made in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
Payment and Charges
We accept credit card and PayPal payments for online purchases. Accepted credit cards include; American Express, Visa & Mastercard. Please note that registration is not required in order to place an order through PayPal Express Checkout. All prices on site are displayed in CAD Dollars.
Discount Codes
Discount codes are only to be used by the intended recipient. Codes cannot be used alongside any other discounts or added retrospectively to an order. Neoteny Apparel reserves the right to withdraw or extend promotions at any time.
Quality Guarantee
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and you will be entitled to a replacement or full refund. Please provide us a photo of the damage/defect when initially reaching out. With case specific exceptions, we provide prepaid return labels.
Return Policy
Once an item is received, should you choose to issue a return you must provide us with your reason for return. Please note that made-to-order and one-of-a-kind items are non-returnable. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received. Neoteny Apparel is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Privacy Policy
Personal information you may provide to us through a purchase or newsletter subscription, includes; personal or business contact information, registration details, and communications.We use MailChimp as our email marketing platform to send out newsletters. By subscribing to our mailing list, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their Contact Privacy Policy. All email subscribers have the ability to opt-out of our marketing and promotional communications at any time.
